Of the soul so genuine,
to be given freely from sweetness
of our lives we can gain control,
these black days will be concealed.
Now healing in the spirit
once again to see the light of day.
Fear not the strange darkness,
it fades leaving us bathed in hope’s light.
All we hope for is within us,
the darkness recedes behind stars,
as eyes have witnessed the truth
that all human beings have faults.
The sun illuminates the shadows
destroying its strength with hope’s light.
Taste of defeat, yet your courage lives,
with a smile that all is well in the world.
If you only believe in miracles
the gray days turn to silver linings,
as Hell’s burn turns to Heaven’s kiss,
embracing the love of an Angel’s dance.
